Join us for a fun “lunch-n-learn” at Laser Resources next Tuesday, Feb. 25th! We will be hosting business leaders from DocuWare and Canon to discuss your office’s document management practices. We will also be giving away a free iPad mini and a mobile scanner to two lucky attendees!
DocuWare is a world leader in document management software, and we will be offering live demonstrations and answering questions about this great office resource. DocuWare organizes your information for you, categorizing digital documents by your custom tags and categories. With DocuWare, you can see exactly who’s worked on a document, track its history, compare versions, and make sure everyone who was supposed to be included was included. Everyone in your office has access to the same information, from anywhere and at any time through mobile access.
Canon will also be on hand and discussing scanners (and giving away a mobile scanner!) to turn your documents into digital files for easier management and collaboration.
We will have two seminars for your convenience: one at 10:15 am and another at 12:15pm. From 11:00am to noon we will be serving lunch, so come early or stay late to enjoy some free food!
